Love the fact that the grinder faces up rather than down like the other model we had. The other guy was driving me insane as the salt spilled out at the bottom and I had to put it on the plate to keep the salt from getting on the table. That doesn't happen with this. It stands upright and has a cap. I like the design very much. I wish I could buy this item first. Very happy and satisfied.
