Solved my parts question
The fans on my 2004 Mazda6 would run at full speed all the time - whether it was warm or cold. Also, even after the car was turned off, the fans kept running for 30 seconds - 1 minute after that. I did a little research and this part fixed everything perfectly. So far so good, at least it's been about a week. I will update this review if anything changes.
