I got this product for myself on Christmas day, 2020. At first, the product worked perfectly fine and I would have recommended it to other people. But then the problems started happening to the Bluetooth within a week of the purchase. I have the same problem as many other people that have commented before me and I recommend to other people to purchase another Bluetooth!In the beginning, the Bluetooth will work fine. As soon as I enter the car and start up the car, my phone will pair up with Bluetooth. The sound quality was pretty good and there isn't anything to complain about it. The main problem is when the Bluetooth is fully charge, you have to unplug the charger or else it will malfunction. After a week of having it, it wouldn't pair up with my phone at all until I unplugged the charger, turn off the Bluetooth, reconnect, and then it would work normally again. I would have to do that almost every day and it's just annoying. There are many other Bluetooths that look as nice, small, AND CONNECT EASIER without any issues.
