Edit: Leave my original review at the bottom, but I NEED to update this one. I heard from the owner of this company almost a day after this review was posted. Without going into details, suffice it to say that it was more than correct. The owner honestly provided the best customer service I have ever heard of. And, bonus: we found that the only reason the filters clogged so quickly was because of condensation. Replace and let the filter material dry completely on the inside? And they are better than new! We've been changing the same 4 filter cartridges for about 2 years and they're still working as well as they did on day one. You won't find a single whiff of smoke in my house! LOVE this product. Original Review: We initially liked the Eco 420 filter. The included filter worked great and lasted a reasonable amount of time. However, the replenishment was a big disappointment. They lasted a few days at most; one of them didn't even last 2 full days. To that end, there were no concerns in use; We expected each filter to last the same 3-4 weeks as the original. We were very disappointed. not only with a working filter, but also with no response when I asked for a warranty replacement on their website. I didn't get an answer. This is their product support for you.
