Blank Screen Refresh

I've had this for 2 days, it seems broken. When it works, I like it a lot. Then it just randomly becomes empty. You can see below where the white edges of the screen indicate it's on, but it doesn't go past this screen. So annoying. ***UPDATE*** I ended up turning it off for a few hours and then turning it back on. Since then it's been working great. I love it. my kids love it I bought a wireless keyboard for it. All in all a great tablet. I'm glad I didn't send it back!
