I LOVE this hand blender!

I LOVE this hand blender. I once had another small, cheap, corded hand blender and sold it at a flea market because it was easier to blend by hand or with my large mixing bowl. But a few months ago I came across a recipe that recommended an immersion blender, so I popped in and talked about the many options Revain has. I decided I wanted wireless and it was pretty much everything. A little pricey, more than I wanted to spend, but I went for it. I use this blender every day! I use both attachments, sometimes both for the same recipe, and the four-cup measuring cup/blender is very handy for a lot of things too. I've had it for a few months now and have told my husband how often I use it. eg for mixing matcha drinks or preparing guacamole, beating eggs or kneading dough. My pancakes are even better because I stir them with a blade and they foam up a bit. The same goes for my scrambled eggs. And I sounded like a commercial so I thought I'd post a review. The performance is pretty good. Higher mixer settings suck the material to the bottom of the shallow bowl. If something doesn't whip up well enough, just switch to a blender blade. A small gripe, which I don't think even deserves a full star, is that the whisk is a bit finicky. It's very flexible. So sometimes it feels like it should hit better even at top speed, but then you can always switch to the blade. As I mentioned before, I use a scrambled egg because the whisk doesn't make it fluffy enough, which I like. If you like or need eggs that aren't just half-beaten, then a whisk is perfect. Highly recommend, I'm buying one for my sister who doesn't cook much for her birthday. πŸ‘
