Review on OpsSmart by Dontra Majmudar

I like how it can be used at any level or within an organization. It has been very helpful in our efforts to ensure compliance with local regulations. This is also great if you are working with suppliers outside your country. There really isn't anything bad about this software so far. We have not had issues using it thus far. They do offer training but we felt comfortable enough just learning by doing. When they first released it there were some errors with importing feeds into the system which took several weeks before those bugs got resolved. If you want something simple yet powerful. This is probably what you need for now! Ensuring regulatory compliance when sourcing products from different countries as well as being able to track quality assurance/quality control along the way.
