Description of OpsSmart

The OpsSmart Software traces food across the entire supply chain from the farm to the fork. OpsSmart traces all types of food. The information that OpsSmart traces includes such properties as parent stock, feed, vaccinations, pesticides, health inspections, veterinarian reports, HACCP processes and all other relevant information from the farm through further processing to the retail store. OpsSmart serves as a central repository for all information regarding the trace of ingredients, all data for each critical control point in the supply chain, and all documents pertaining to each lot and batch.

Using Khoros helps us stay compliant

I love how you can pull up all your paperwork with one click of a button. You can also create new reports or customize existing ones to fit your needs. It is not very user friendly for someone who has no experience with this type of software. I would suggest getting a demo first so you know what it's like. If you're looking for a reliable system that will save time and keep track of everything, then this program might be right for you. I am able to easily find all my paperwork if it is ever…

I like how it can be used at any level or within an organization. It has been very helpful in our efforts to ensure compliance with local regulations. This is also great if you are working with suppliers outside your country. There really isn't anything bad about this software so far. We have not had issues using it thus far. They do offer training but we felt comfortable enough just learning by doing. When they first released it there were some errors with importing feeds into the system…

Very good interface between different levels (production department->logistics departments). Easy navigation with no technical knowledge required! We can also use it via mobile device if needed - very important especially during holidays when many people are out at work or away visiting friends/family etc.. I would like more sorting options within one list item e g "from" date / expiry dates; sort by business area which is not possible now due its limited functionality compared t o our standard
