I had never heard of this brand until I saw positive reviews here. If I accept the fact that I would pay over $100 for a working bike stand that was an investment, the reviews for this stand make the difference. This thing is solid, reliable, well made and works great. It's a bit bigger and heavier than I expected. I've only used it a few times but I'm glad I chose this brand and model. It was the perfect bike stand for a cyclist like me who does minor maintenance and cleaning. The "jaw clamp" assembly that fitted around the bike seatpost loosened some of the threads and would not retighten. I received a lightning fast response from customer service as well as a free replacement part that was delivered in a flash. I was impressed that the design of this stand was made to make changing parts very easy. I've been told that the error I'm experiencing is not normal and likely an accidental manufacturing defect, but of course that remains to be seen. However, I was very impressed with Feedback Sports' customer service and how easy it was to get the item repaired. This reduced my concerns that the item might break with such minimal use.
