It doesn't close well. improvement needed.
I don't even have to give any stars. It will likely work well and last forever if larger plastic discs are used instead. Probably no. For the price I won't fret. It snaps into place without washers but will damage the paintwork. It will still be a useful and practical tool at a good price.
