I only ordered three phones. There are no batteries included in all packages. 1. Telephone receiver was defective. no speakerphone. The second phone has a defective base station. The 3rd phone had no batteries. May I note that all three packages were opened and probably returned from Christmas? I called Clarity the maker of the phone and they sent me AAA batteries for a phone I was leaving after they got a handset base for a phone I was leaving. Do not buy from this seller. Check if it sells returned/damaged items with missing/damaged parts. Overall the phone works well and I'm happy with the phone's features/improvements etc. Revain should reject this seller as it only gives the phone a poor rating based on the seller's abysmal lack of quality control on previously returned/damaged phones.
