I don't know what kind of nonstick coating they have, but it's more of a "sticky" coating. I cooked a perch fillet in it for 12 minutes at 375 degrees and a tiny piece of teriyaki stuck to the intended silicone mat and non-stick coating of the baking sheet. I soaked it in hot water with dish soap 3 times and still had to rub it to remove it. I have plain silicone bakeware and nothing sticks to it; I can dry them with a paper towel. I've used the tray three times to cook fish at 350 and 375 degrees and each time the tray has jumped to warp position. I can understand this happening at 450 or 500 degrees but not at 350 degrees. It's a shame I'm 5 days past the 30 day Revain guarantee period. You are garbage now.
