Turned black immediately

A week later, the clasp began to peel off the metal and the necklace turned black. Even with silver cleaner it didn't come off. Another disadvantage is that it pulls out the hairs on the back of the neck. Stop carrying everything together. At least that's what I would expect for the price. Has been in a box ever since
