Restraints appear to be normal. No frills. I was disappointed that the washers and isolators were not rubber as the description might indicate. They are hard plastic. I put Iron Cross on the bumper and both washers didn't fit. I had to use the rubber washers from the mounts on my tow/winch kit. I paid extra because I expected rubber material and not hard plastic that will break easily. The quality is ok but I don't expect them to stand up to frequent heavy use. I wish I had researched more. I would go back, but I've already painted.
