Perfect for what it is. This is a DESKTOP easel. The woman uses it. Sometimes she sits down to draw and sometimes she stands. It works perfectly for her. This isn't her usual full-time easel. This is her travel easel. It packs away easily, is lightweight and serves its purpose perfectly. She loves it. The build quality is exactly what I expected. It's not very good quality furniture but you would be afraid to use it if it were. The slots and holes are good. The finish is good. Everything in it is good. Personally I would have preferred the screw handles to the wing nuts but that would have doubled the cost and I wouldn't buy it twice as much. Don't be afraid of it. He does what he says and he does it well. Good quality. Good price.
