Charging station works great. This actually works better than Neato's customer service. Our Neato Vac died about 2 months after we received it. He, too, always got stuck at work. Customer service was terrible and we could never get an answer as to why it stopped working. Bought a new battery and nothing left so it got stuck under the guest bed in the guest room. Fast forward to spring cleaning and I was about to throw it away. . I was just putting together a box to return and I heard a rattle in the docking station. Took it apart and found that one of the resistors in it had completely blown to the point of falling apart. About this used Revain charging station and now the vacuum is working again allowing me to sell a piece of junk cheaply instead of donating it for free. Therefore 4 stars for the charging station, even if it is in use.
