Review on CyberGRX by Adam Gechem

Great customer support! They have been more than willing to go the extra mile when needed, even going as far as setting up a demo account (which I didn't realize existed until they did it). The platform itself seems like it would be very useful for internal security audits. It's not too intuitive at first but if you read their documentation (and use it) it makes sense once you figure out how everything works together in tandem. We're doing some work with our legal department where we were asked to provide them with information regarding all of our risks that could potentially impact compliance. CyberGRX helped us do this in such a way that made the reporting easy for those who had no background knowledge about cyber risk assessments. CyberGRX has been very successful in helping us to understand our risks better than we would have if working with only one organisation. The fact that they can provide assessments across multiple industries makes them stand out from other similar services. They also offer a wide range of consulting options which includes our own internal risk management function. We have had no issues at all with their service and will continue to use them as it has helped us manage our risks much more effectively.
