Easy to learn, easy to implement features - even easier if self service as no booking team need to be in place. You can get up and running straight away and it's not hard sell. The product itself has changed over to become more of an online only business so we lose out this benefit (I think). But what our organisation gained was better customer care/service! I have enjoyed using Preno as my booking engine since day 1! The customer service/support team are always there to help if needed too which has been great in this ever changing industry of ours!! Nothing really but everything about pre no is fantastic when it comes down to us being able to make our business run smoothly without having to worry so much! We love that we can do all our accounting through them rather than doing multiple reports etc ourselves each month.
