Doesn't block much UV

I bought this window film to add UVA protection to my car's side windows. All windows block UV-B rays, but only a car's windshield also has UV-A protection. I want all my windows to have broad spectrum UV protection. I tested this window film with UV light and a 365nm meter and found that this film only blocks about 25% of UVA light. That is not enough.
