Screen protector not cut to exact screen size. It is difficult to apply directly to the screen and impossible to smooth out all the bubbles. After removing the bottom cover by pulling tab #1, there is only one tab left on the top cover (tag #2) to hold, and the opposite corners are easy to get dirty with your fingers, when trying to align the tread. Then, after pressing the top cover to smooth out most of the bubbles, pressing tab 2 will remove all the protective film from the navigation screen. Maybe that's why they give you two protectors so you can do it again. The second protector met the same fate and found the included applicator to be hard and jagged, which scratched the plastic trim around the navigation screen. Request a full refund.
