Poor quality - you had to believe other reviews
In a nutshell - aluminum locknuts shear off during installation. Now go on this counter mine. Note: This may work if the steerer tube bore is smaller (16-17mm). I have 19mm which is the upper limit of the advertised setting. The locknut failed to do its job and broke. Not worth the hassle as it took 5 minutes to insert and tighten the install.
