I wish I had taken a picture before and with the heron. This product has worked amazingly. Without much effort, the product eats away at the oxides very quickly, without much chafing. It was almost odorless and not at all caustic. There don't seem to be any abrasives in there, so whatever I polished played on. I tried silver, silver plate and brass - all looked spectacular. I highly recommend this product. I suspect the durability will be at least as good as other products I've used, which is why I gave it a 5. If not, I'll come back to rate it again.
