Looks like the original, might work better in not so shaky machines.

Mirrors fit perfectly. Easy to install, looks like the original. The only problem is that the mirror assembly isn't as rigid as the original. My '96 Chevy vibrates a little and over the course of a long drive the mirror starts looking down and down and someone has to reach the window and put it back.
