The ease of use, user friendly interface makes it easy to learn for new users as well old ones who used other systems in past! It has been very stable so far & have never faced any issues with system crashing or freezing etc which are common problems we face when using some newer softwares compared our older competitors products such us SAP R3 / Oracle EBS (which is also extremely expensive). We can manage almost everything related sales activities from this one place making life easier not having need access different applications like Salesforce CRm if needed only 1 application will do all your needs but at much costlier price than others out there!! Also great support team that provide helpdesk services 24x7 via web chat available round-the clock unlike many companies where they close down office around 7 pm due time difference between India - US timings hence difficult getting assistance during night hours especially after business closes here by 5pm local times.
