Battery doesn’t charge or last long

I’m not sure if it’s the batteries that come with this or the whole setup itself, but we put the new batteries in our controllers overnight the first night to charge, the next morning we went to use them and one of them stayed charged the other one tells you it’s charged but only lasts about 15 mins before it alters the battery is dying.

The charging station does not charge the batteries evenly
