I received a pair of 12" fans and thought I'd post some specs. The radius of the center hub is about 2.5 inches and the radius of the blades is 5.6 inches. I ran a dyno test with a half-charged 12V SLA battery. After the start-up surge, they drew 6.52A at 12.1V or 79W. The initial current was about 8 amps. I measured the air velocity on the grate with a fairly accurate Kestrel 2500 anemometer. The maximum velocity is 14.5 mph at the axial edge and 11 mph at the shroud edge. Not an ideal way to measure air volume, but it's good for a surface area of 0.56 ft2 and an average airspeed of 1100 fpm. , for a volume of 616 cfm, well below the claimed 1730 cfm. Also bought one of the 12" ASIN B00H29LLWS fans with a lower advertised air volume (1130 cfm). It looked almost exactly like this one except for the straight blades. This product drew 4.8 amps at 12.25 volts (59 watts) and had a measured air volume of 542 cfm. My method basically doesn't account for grilles that reduce air volume, so I suspect I overestimated true air volume. Perhaps their loudness readings are around 24V. Excessive loudness aside, this is a decent product.I didn't commission it which to me is a specialized non-automotive use.The fan is quiet.
