Review on botsplash by Shane Yay

The bot is very helpful when you need help with an issue or question that requires human interaction but don't want to deal directly with someone at customer service. I have used it several times over the last year as my primary contact point between myself and our support team. It has been really useful! There's nothing specific about this product itself; however, there were some issues we had using other solutions (such as Slack) which made us choose another solution instead of continuing down those paths. We did not find any problems while working together through BotSplash though so no complaints here either. Using BOTS SPLASH allows me to quickly get answers without having to go back-and-forth via email or phone call.
