The ability to create custom templates that can be edited by anyone in my team is what I love best about EE! It allows me to easily build out pages for clients without having to hire expensive developers or graphic artists. Also, the fact you do not need PHP knowledge is great too. Some things are confusing at first but once you understand it's pretty easy. I wish there was an easier way to make changes/add new content so I didn't have to log into the backend each time. Sometimes I forget which template page I am editing before logging back in - this makes creating updates difficult. But overall, we're saving tons of money with no additional developer costs since our website has been built using EE. Our customers appreciate how much quicker they see their information when visiting us online versus going through a call center. We also use it as a blog platform where users can post articles and comments. This helps keep track of all customer feedback and helps improve products.
