The ability to create custom templates that can be edited by anyone in my team is what I love best about EE! It allows me to easily build out pages for clients without having to hire expensive developers or graphic artists. Also, the fact you do not need PHP knowledge is great too. Some things are confusing at first but once you understand it's pretty easy. I wish there was an easier way to make changes/add new content so I didn't have to log into the backend each time. The best part is that it's very easy to use, you can add more features as you need them. You can easily create new pages, galleries, videos, etc. It also has some great SEO tools embedded in it. I do not like the fact that sometimes there are errors with the code or other times when adding something new it does not work at all. I like that it's easy to create custom templates, and then customize them by adding modules. It is not intuitive at all. I can not figure out how to add modules at all. My clients are very picky about aesthetics, so I'm constantly having to change things. There are other CMSs that are more user friendly and have tutorials that walk you through creating things.
