Easy to set up and works well.

All is good, although I recommend replacing the included 120 ohm resistor (just one) with a 220 or 240 ohm resistor. And don't forget to use a small heatsink mounted on a LM-317 with thermally conductive grease in all but the lightest case (less than 100mA).
