Cheaply made remote controls

The buttons on this remote control get caught slightly under the plastic frame. This causes channels to flicker or change frequently. Logging into the service with an email and password is nearly impossible. I pressed 'OK' (like Enter) a few times and it didn't connect, but the button got stuck and I had to pry it back out with my nails.
