Just like what you would get for Roku out of the box so it works like new but there is a noticeable difference between the original and this one with button clicks and this, the original one click and they don't seem to be OEM quality, but they work!

This replacement remote for my Roku Express came with a battery cover that doesn't fit fully into the rest of the case. There is an unsightly gap and I had to tape it to keep it from sliding off. On the other hand, it WORKS. That was the main purpose of his purchase.

The buttons on this remote control get caught slightly under the plastic frame. This causes channels to flicker or change frequently. Logging into the service with an email and password is nearly impossible. I pressed 'OK' (like Enter) a few times and it didn't connect, but the button got stuck and I had to pry it back out with my nails.

Not a bad remote for the price, but the d-pad is very soft and in most cases you have to press it more than once for it to work. There is no volume control or power button, and it also runs on different batteries (AAA) than my original remote (AA). After a few days of use, I wish I'd paid for an actual Roku remote.

These remotes are listed as 'New'. You are not. I sent back one of the two I received and tried the other before giving up and buying 2 new Roku Express units which of course come with really new remotes. The one I was holding crashed frequently, especially when fast forwarding or rewinding - it skipped a few minutes in a split second. Not good.

I read many reviews before purchasing. The most important thing is to identify WHICH Roku device you have. I have a Roku Express, which is a small box (almost like a small external hard drive) with 2 cables coming out the back (1 for the TV and 1 for the power). This remote worked as soon as I put batteries in it. No programming required. It seems a bit cheaper than the original remote but it works so can't really complain.

Needed to replace my remote for my Roku Premiere+, 4630RW after I dropped my original remote in the toilet after drinking too many adult beverages. Ordered it as some kind of gamble. was less than a $10 bill. Came the next day. There are zero complaints here. It has no RF interface but works over IR like a standard TV remote and uses AAA type AAA batteries instead of double AAA type AA batteries. Make sure your product numbers match. was a good buy and I would recommend it. would buy again.
