Review on Shop Fox D3031 18-Inch Full Ext Drawer Slide 100-Pound Capacity Side Mount, Pair by Peris Holland

I purchased 8 sets of the 24" full extension drawer slides. The slides appeared to be well made (or at least comparable to other brands). When I operated them before installation I noticed they were a bit stiff, but assumed this was oil on the bearings. Once installed, they worked okay on the empty drawers. These were used on fairly wide drawers (33"), and I found that the plastic alignment end wasn't accurate enough to consistently get the drawer rail in the correct position. The incorrect positioning became obvious after the drawer was about 25% closed and then would stop. Not a huge deal once you are aware of it, but still a pain.UPDATE: 30Jan2017: I previously blamed these slides for a dragging noise when the extension engaged. I have since discovered this was NOT a problem with the slides! Review has been updated to 4 stars. Still docking 1 for the slop in the alignment feature, but once installed they work properly and operate easily. I would consider buying this brand again.
