Not suitable for cutting vinyl from rolls.
later The valve/blade guide opens outwards instead of inwards leaving only about 5mm of room for the vinyl to feed from the roll and as the rolled vinyl does not lay flat it is difficult to get it to get out ANYTIME with instructions. I could use it for paper but will buy a different brand for my vinyl.
