Will not hold 12volts.
When fully charged it will sit around 12.4 volts. It will very quickly drop down to the 11 volt range. Depending on what you are using it for that might be fine. I am using it to power my FT-817nd that can handle that voltage. Otherwise I would have returned it. It will power my radio at full power all day no problem.
