Easy to install but they are too weak!
Installation was pretty easy, but it took some effort to slide it in. But it was wasted effort because they don't work any better than the old ones on my 2003 Kia Optima. It still requires two hands to forcefully lift the trunk lid - the lid doesn't open like a regular trunk lid. waste of effort.
