Great kit but PLEASE take care when piercing a groove!

Regarding the kit: I got into the groove with this kit and can recommend it. Arrived before estimated arrival date! As for jewellery: it is quality jewellery. I have had the gold bar in the slot for over two months and it is STILL as gold as the day I put it in. BUT PLEASE NOTE: Do not use this jewelry for the initial groove piercing! It needs room to swell and those 6mm studs are NOT enough room for your mouth to heal properly. (At least in my experience. Every body is different, I learned that the hard way!)
