The ability to collect reviews from customers is great! Not much to dislike about it. It's simple but effective! I highly recommend this product! Their customer service is top notch as well. They have helped me solve numerous issues that my clients had with their products or services. I've been able to help them improve their product and make sure they are solving the problems that their customers are facing. I like that you can customize your dashboard so it shows specific information depending upon what product or service are being used by users of this software package for their organization (or departments). The support system could be improved as well but other than those two things there isn't much dislike about NAPOLEON CAT! We use these products at work in order get updates from our clients through them via email/phone calls all while giving feedback online with comments etc..
