I have tested these guys at home in the sink and pool. I filled each with paper towels and placed them in a sink with hot water, then took them out and placed them in another sink with cold water. not a single drop of water seeped through. I also ran this test twice, once without pushing air into the bag and the second time pushing air out. Then it was time for the pool test. I put new paper towels in each bag. I left air in them for this test as this puts more pressure on the pouch. I have a 10 foot deep pool. I lowered them to the end and kept them there, placing them on top of each rock so they weren't under water. I went back down to check on them and they were still there, no visible water. I removed the stones and let them levitate up on their own and lo and behold. NO WATER. these things rock. if you consider it, do it.
