The bike was bought for 3 year old grandson. It is an interesting idea to develop balance before a regular bike, and it seems to be on target. Our 3 year old got on immediately and began his excursion. I would rate the quality of the bike and concept as high for the price point. The assembly was not difficult, but the box indicated several tools that would be required and only one of the tools was necessary to assemble the bike. That was slightly confusing thus the rating of 4 on the assembly. It is easy to make adjustments to seat and handle bar height as needed.
