I like that it is easy to use, has many features (such as quizzes) which can be embedded into other sites without any issues or code changes needed for development purposes. It's also very flexible in terms of how you want your learners interacting with eachother - whether they're chatting about questions/answers etc., taking notes together via screen share, creating documents collaboratively using Google Drive integration, having their own "files" folder where students upload assignments and submit them at once when ready so there are no delays between submission due dates; this all works seamlessly within one LMS system! There isn't much i dislike really but maybe some more options could improve accessibility? Maybe something similar to what Moodle offers would help if we wanted our learners who were visually impaired to still have access too these services. We've been able to streamline processes.
