Previously this worked like an ad. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair soft and thick without drying out my scalp. I have been using Nexxus Vitatress Biotin for several years and all of a sudden my scalp was dry and my hair was thinning rapidly. I'm not sure if it was me or if Nexxus changed their formula, but Elon works better for me now.
