The carpet would have worked if the ground anchor had not been placed. 2007-2013 There is one anchor per mat to keep them in place. In 2014-2018 there are two of them. I think it would be too easy for Jeep to add another one and leave the first one in the same place. But they moved it, otherwise these mats could be used on all the models I mentioned. The description should be clearer which model years it fits.
