For many years, the Logitech G700 mouse has been my primary point-and-click device. Not only has the experience of using it been fantastic, but it has also performed faultlessly (the wireless mode just flew off over time). But for business, you need to use two computers at the same time, so I purchased a mouse and keyboards of the MX series because they are designed for this, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of these capabilities, which are rather more tied to the software, and now point by point: After using the G700, the first thing that stood out to me was that the mouse does not have a memory for its settings. This is very frustrating because, until the computer is fully loaded, the dpi setting, for example, will not change and the mouse will barely move across the screen. 2. The second nightmare is software; there are a lot of complaints, but I won't describe everything here; instead, I'll describe some dutals in other paragraphs, along with some nitpicking, but it's still unpleasant. 3. Logitech Flow is the primary function for which this mouse was purchased in the first place, and it DOES NOT WORK. Specifically, when dragging the mouse from my poppy to Windows, for some reason it is simply ignored, and I tried using simple drag and drop as well as through the control anyway. For this reason, I make use of the standard switch located on the mouse; nevertheless, you will need to switch both devices individually, as will be shown in the next paragraph. 4. There is no normal synchronization with the keyboard; why does Flow only work through the mouse? If it is more convenient for me to switch the computer from the keyboard, why isn't there a normal synchronization with the keyboard? Why can't the mouse respond to it like everyone else does? 5. Copying does not work either, but the most likely explanation is the same as point number three. In general, things have gone poorly up to this point; I will write to support and see what they have to say; if the circumstance improves, we will reevaluate the problem.
