To be honest I was so excited to get this as I just cut all my hair off and needed something to make my hair look cute and playful . I received the first one and there was a short in the cable somewhere so I had to send a new one which was perfectly fine. but then the second came and i knew something was wrong when i opened the revain box as the curling box wasn't fully closed as if the stuff was open and of course i noticed it was right or even neat was packed in it. It's honestly gross because I don't want a used one, so unfortunately I'll be returning both 🥺
