Fingers crossed for a better replacement

I am very disappointed with this curling iron. It just arrived today. I brought it in a box, the inside of the box wasn't even sealed so you could open and access the curling iron straight from the inner box without opening it. I pocketed it. It beeped and then just kept flickering. I disconnected it, tried again, connected as you saw in my video, the bottom mechanism which I think is shorted and flickering. Mind Hair Care Best in Curling Iron

To be honest I was so excited to get this as I just cut all my hair off and needed something to make my hair look cute and playful . I received the first one and there was a short in the cable somewhere so I had to send a new one which was perfectly fine. but then the second came and i knew something was wrong when i opened the revain box as the curling box wasn't fully closed as if the stuff was open and of course i noticed it was right or even neat was packed in it. Must be! the best irons

This wand is amazing! My husband gave it to me for my birthday and this morning I tried it for the first time. I used the largest barrel and then combed my hair with a wide tooth comb and got loose curls. I have used a hair straightener and just curled my hair in and it leaves my hair looking dry and really warm on the ends but I am done using it today I was so shocked at how soft my hair was still and I was can run fingers over it without confusion! MY HAIR IS PINK!: Hair care

My hair is pink! Maybe about 1/3 of the way into the curling process I noticed my hair was getting very coarse. Looked better and my hair is crispy and dyed pink! My freshly dyed, very expensive hair! The iron looks great, has not darkened, the color does not peel off. This only happened in a few spots in the first third of my curls.
