Review on 📷 Wooden Camera Lightweight Zip Box Pro 4x5.65 Matte Box: Swing-Away Bracket, Interchangeable Mounting Backs, Supports 3 Filters, 15mm LW Rod Mount by Matt Woodward

I'm a big fan of everything I have from Wooden Camera; Their products are expensive but well designed and of high quality. This frosted box is no exception: the folding system works great and the shelf keeps the right size filters secure with no play. There's a slight vertical adjustment -- about 2/3 inches -- and that's where my only issue with the box comes in. There's really no reason they couldn't add a few inches to the vertical slider to allow for a greater degree of customization and effortless finding the right fit for your setup. Instead, you'll need to adjust the height between the bars and the lens for this system to work, which may not always work. Luckily this hasn't been a huge problem with my setups, but if there's a significant gap between your rods and the lens, you'll need to find a way to adjust that matte box to fit properly. I also didn't receive an Allen key with my box, but it was on hand. Overall this is a great drop down system for some (but not all) rod systems.
