The team is very responsive, they listen to our needs/wants but also have their own style that helps us make decisions without being too close minded or traditional (or even modern).

I would say we were looking for something more'modern' than what was available out there at this time of year - so it's great how creative everyone has been! It took some getting used as you need someone who can communicate effectively with your brand people AND understand product development processes well enough not get confused when things change direction mid-project etc.. But once those initial hurdles had passed then everything went really smoothly & fast forward about 6 months later my colleagues still talk excitedly every day because its such an amazing piece now part of both them + customers lives!!
