My '04 TJ had front shake through the steering wheel at around 60-65 mph and all research pointed me to: front tie rod, inner tie rod or tires. Balance. I balanced the tires but the problem persisted so I ordered a moog front tie rod and an inner end of the moog tie rod that connects to the opener. I replaced the tie rod first (takes 20-30 minutes and is easy to do in a garage with the wheels on the floor). A test drive in a jeep showed that about 80-90% of the front end wobbled by the steering wheel was eliminated. Went home and replaced the inner tie rod end (even easier, maybe 15-20 minutes work again, just leave the jeep on the ground and crawl under). Test drive and ZERO shake/shake. So the combination of these two parts cured the shudder and improved steering feel, and the on-road ride quality was much better. At $57, the track is a no-fuss replacement and easy to make. A+
