Great customer care and friendly staff members

The best thing I like about this service is that they are always available to help me with my issues or questions, even after hours! They're also very flexible when it comes time for support during business office/school closures if needed (which we've had many times). Sometimes there's confusion over what exactly needs done - sometimes because of language barriers but more often than not due their own lackadaisical attitude towards follow-up meetings once work has been completed. Always be clear in your expectations before hand so you have some sort of plan B should things go awry; otherwise just ask them again at another point as long ago was too late by then :D.

  • Very timely response to customer issues/problems/questions
Cons
  • if something goes wrong or requires a lot of time to resolve, they can become quite testy when they're faced with something out of their control, whether it's a natural shift in resources or a breakdown in equipment that they can't control
